Online Credit
Card Orders: Secure payment facility
has been provided on our website by Streamline, part of the Royal Bank
Scotland Group. Any order can be placed online using the credit/debit
card payment facility. The customer having placed his order with us
will be automatically transferred to the Streamline/Secure Hosting website
for their card details and payment processing, therefore ensuring total
online security. Streamline/Secure Hosting will advise us payment has
been made for the goods, without disclosing your card details. Telephone
Orders using Credit/Debit Card: Your Credit/Debit card details
will be submitted to "Streamline" using their online secure
terminal facility to ensure total security of your credit card details.
Nett 30 day Account Customers: We will dispatch your order
with a delivery note and a invoice will follow by post. A statement
at the end of the month will be sent. We will expect payment in 30 days
of date of invoice.
Payment by Bank Transfer: We can accept payments bank transfer payments by BACS, CHAPS etc. (details available on request) All the payments from outside the UK to be paid in British Pounds (GBP)

Delivery | |||||||||||||
We offer a free 24/48
hour delivery service (subject to stock availability) on all goods over
the value of £45.00 excluding VAT, supplied to a UK mainland address.
This is not a guaranteed service, but every order that is received before
3pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) is dispatched by overnight
carrier delivery service, who will endeavour to deliver the next working
day Monday to Friday between 9am and 5 pm. Special arrangements can
be made for Saturday delivery or for a timed delivery of before 9am,
before 10am and before 12 noon, subject to an extra charge. We can deliver
to Scottish Offshore Islands, the Shetlands, the Orkneys, the Channel
Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland subject
to a delivery charge at cost. Claims for Goods Short or Damaged: All goods must be checked on arrival. See below for further details. |

Notification of Damaged, Lost or Missing Goods and Non-Delivery | |||||||||||||
Claims for Goods Damaged: All goods must be checked on arrival. If your item arrives with damaged packaging then you must sign for the consignment as DAMAGED, otherwise we may be unable to process your claim in the unlikely event that the item within is damaged. Goods Short or Damaged on must be marked on Carrier’s consignment note or hand held scanner. All claims must be notified immediately by telephone and confirmed to us in writing by email. The damage to the goods with photograph or details of the items short. We regret we cannot take responsibility for any late claims for goods damaged or short delivered. As our carrier's don't accept late claims. Claims in writing are accepted by email to sales@chemiclean.co.uk Claims sent by email can be dealt with promptly. Failing to endorse the carrier's consignment correctly i.e. Goods signed for in good condition when the goods are damaged. We shall not be liable in respect of any such claim and the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the contract complete and in a satisfactory condition. In no case shall the Company's liability in respect of claims for damage to or loss of goods in transit extend beyond an obligation to replace the item free of charge. The Company will not accept liability for consequential loss, damage or expense howsoever arising. Non-Delivery: All claims must be notified immediately by telephone and confirmed to us by email. In the case of non-delivery of the whole consignment it must be notified within 3 days of receipt the invoice. |

Returns | |||||||||||||
Commercial Customers:
If a customer orders the wrong goods and they have been dispatched.
The customer may not return them to us, unless the customer has our
prior agreement in writing, giving a returns number. No refund will
be given for goods returned without a returns number. If the customer
wants to return wrongly ordered goods, the customer must first contact
us by telephone or by
email, stating the reason for the return. Where
the customer has incorrectly ordered the wrong goods and we have agreed
to the return of these goods, the company will charge up to 25% handling
charge (minimum charge £10.00 + VAT) to cover administration costs,
bank charges and other expenses. The customer must ensure that all goods
must be unopened and properly packaged in their original packaging,
labeled correctly, and returned to the company carriage paid. Any damage
to the returned goods shall be the responsibility of the customer. A
refund for the return will be made within 30 days of receipt of the
goods. Personal Protective Equipment: We don't under
any circumstances accept the return of Clothing, Safety Shoes, Safety
Boots, Clothing, Respirators, Face Masks or associated items for reasons
of personal hygiene.
Private Customers: As a private customer and located in the European Union. By law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of goods, by notifying us in writing and by returning the goods to us in good condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Any damage to the returned goods shall be the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days of the goods returned to our warehouse. Our refunds policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To return goods, simply email us or by letter with your returns request for a returns number and a returns address. |

Numatic Product
Range (Return to Manufacturer - Parts and Engineer's Labour only, excludes
transport costs) Numatic International undertake that the goods delivered to the customer will be of the described technical specification and the company's duty to the customer relating to the quality of the goods delivered shall be limited wholly and exclusively to the duty to deliver goods of the aforesaid quality. Save as aforesaid any warranty or conditions, statutory or otherwise express or implied, whether oral or written as to quality of the goods or their fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. The application and use of the goods is the absolute responsibility of the customer. Any other advice and information provided by the company, whether verbally, in writing or by way of trials or tests, is given without warranty and the customer shall be deemed to have carried out his own tests to ensure the suitability of the goods for his intended purposes and applications and the customer shall be deemed to have placed no reliance on any advice, information or data provided by us. The customer must give us immediate written notice containing full particulars of any claim that the goods are not of the proper quality to enable us to investigate the complaint before the remainder of the consignment of goods is used or returned to us. We shall not be liable for any defects in quality in the absence of such immediate notification and, in any event, our liability hereunder or in the case of any other breach of contract or misrepresentation shall be strictly limited to the invoice price of the goods proved by the customer to be of defective quality or to be such as to cause us to have been in breach of contract or guilty of misrepresentation and shall not extend to consequential loss of any kind howsoever arising. Warranty periods and terms shall be limited to those that are offered by the individual manufacturer of the goods. If not otherwise stated, all warranties are "return to manufacturer" warranties for repair or replacement. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Numatic International Warranty Manufacturers of "Henry", "George", "Charles" and "James" Numatic Vacuum Cleaners, Floor Scrubbers and Trolleys Numatic International Limited warrant to the original purchaser that its products are free of defects in both material and workmanship for the period shown below:-
Note: This warranty expressly excludes consumable parts such as carbon brushes, floor brushes, mops etc. that are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine. a. The warranty period commences from the date the goods are purchased. b. All warranty claims must be processed through the Dealer from whom the equipment was purchased. The Dealer will co-operate with the purchaser throughout the warranty claims procedure and will arrange any necessary repairs using genuine Numatic parts. c. If the original Dealer is no longer available to fulfill his obligations please contact Numatic International Limited with full details of the claim and proof of purchase so that this may be processed without delay. d. Any warranty claim can only relate to the specific part that is proven to be at fault and for which a replacement will be supplied but cannot be extended to constitute a claim against the complete appliance. e. Numatic International will supply the Dealer with any warranty parts required subject to the claim being validated after return of the faulty items in accordance with Numatic International Limited General Conditions of Sale. f. Claims will not be accepted if they are the result of fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse of any kind. g. No replacement will be given unless the appropriate evidence of the validity of the claim has been provided to the satisfaction of Numatic International Limited. h. Numatic International Limited reserve the right to charge for any unnecessary work carried out as a result of an invalid claim. i. No variation to this warranty may be made or implied by any member of Numatic International Limited or its Dealers unless such variation is in writing and authorised by the Company. Please Note: Numatic International warranty covers only the repair of the item, the cost of parts and engineer's labour. It doesn't cover the transport cost of sending the item to Numatic International and the collection of the repaired item. That is the responsibility of the customer. A quote from Numatic International can be obtained on customer's behalf for their "collect and return" service. If the customer is not using Numatic International collect and return service arranged through Chemiclean Products. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to Numatic International having obtained a returns number from Chemiclean Products. Customer must also request the goods to be returned to sender, otherwise the goods will be returned Chemiclean Products warehouse for collection by the customer. If the customer, then asks us to dispatch the goods from our warehouse to them, there will be a carriage & insurance charge of £15.00 + VAT. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to us having obtained a returns number. Having provided proof of purchase from Chemiclean Products. Warranty excludes Hoses and electric cables, as they are considered replaceable from time to time during the normal working life of the machine. |

All product information and measurements are given in good faith and without liability. Any measurements given are approximate. We reserve the right to change our own product specifications at any time without prior notification, to comply with continuous changes in UK and EEC regulations, as they become known to us. Any product that we distribute on behalf of a manufacturer, maybe changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge and we will update our website as the information becomes known to us. This Contract is between us and the Buyer as principals, and is not assignable without our written consent. | |||||||||||||

The customer shall indemnify us against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses to which we may be liable as a result of work done or goods supplied in accordance with the customer's specification which involves the infringement of any letters patent, registered design, intellectual property rights, proprietary process or otherwise. | |||||||||||||
Laws of England and Wales | |||||||||||||
This contract shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. E.G. All customer's orders, payment for goods are subject to the laws of England and Wales. | |||||||||||||
Consequential Loss | |||||||||||||
We do not accept any liability for consequential loss, however caused. | |||||||||||||
WEEE Regulations (Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment Directive) | |||||||||||||
As an Authorised Distributor for Numatic International Limited, Chard, Somerset. Numatic International has made arrangements on our behalf and our customers to recycle all electrical or electronic equipment with Valpak Limited, which is old or at end of life on "like for like" basis, purchases within 28 days. This arrangement complies with WEEE Regulations Directive.
